Island Palms RV Park Rules and Policies

Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds

A deposit of 25% of your pre-tax reservation total is required.

If you cancel because of a named storm in the Gulf, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, including your deposit.
If you cancel for any other reason, we’ll keep your deposit.
If Island Palms cancels your reservation, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, including your deposit.
Early departures are nonrefundable.

These minimums apply to both RV sites and cabins.

Three nights for Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Music Fest, Labor Day weekend, and Tarpon Rodeo.
Two nights on all other dates.

RV sites have room for your RV and its tow vehicle, if applicable. We’ll do our best to honor site requests, but assignments may change.
Cabins have parking for two vehicles each. Park near your cabin and keep stairways and access routes clear.
If you’re bringing extra vehicles, a boat, a trailer, or a golf cart, let us know before you arrive so we can check available space.
Visitor parking is subject to availability. Registered guests have priority.

Pets are not allowed inside cabins. Elsewhere in the park, keep pets with you and on a leash. Clean up after them. You’re responsible for any damage they cause.
The shared area beneath the cabins has seating and barbecue grills. Please be considerate of other guests.
Ask management before using the fire pit. Use depends on burn restrictions and whether smoke would disturb other guests.
Parties and underage drinking are prohibited. Get management approval before hosting a gathering that includes people who aren’t staying with you.

All cabin guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. We may ask for proof of age.
The person who books must stay for the entire reservation.
We don’t rent cabins to fraternities, sororities, college spring break groups, or other large party groups, including bachelor, bachelorette, and graduation parties. Violations may result in removal without a refund.
Illegal drugs and disruptive behavior are prohibited. No loud music after 10 p.m.
Basic bedding is provided for indoor use. You’re welcome to bring your own pillows. Please keep cabin bedding off the beach.
Smoking is allowed outside on porches and decks only. Use the ash receptacles provided. Keep cigarette butts and ashes off decks, walkways, and grounds.
Please leave neighboring cabins’ furniture, fishing gear, and other property where you found them.

Regular trash: Bag all trash and put it in the bins by the road near Highway 1. Pickup is Monday and Thursday mornings, so please have your trash in the bins before the truck arrives.
Seafood scraps: Double-bag them before putting them in the roadside trash bins.
Fish-cleaning waste: Take it off the property for disposal or put it in the buckets provided at the fish-cleaning station.
Using a fish-cleaning bucket? If you put seafood scraps or fish-cleaning waste in one of our buckets, please let us know and we’ll gladly haul it away for you.

Use the sewer hookup at your site. Dumping gray water on the ground is prohibited.
Fix or replace leaking sewer or water hoses immediately.
Do not use site water to wash vehicles or fill pools.
Keep your site clean and dispose of trash and cigarette butts properly.
