Island Palms RV Park Rules and Policies

*Specific RV sites are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. It is not our nature to move you from the site you requested, but on occasion this may occur and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.

RV Sites have space for RV, and the vehicle towing RV (where applicable) only. Please advise us of how many ADDITIONAL vehicles/trailers/boat you will be bringing. Additional vehicles may incure a charge of $10.00 per vehicle during peak season and holiday weekends since we will have to arrange for overflow parking.

Cabin Rentals have available parking for 2 vehicles per unit.

Please let us know if you will have a boat or golf cart with you so that we can ensure parking availability.
Visitors to your camp or cabin are NOT guaranteed on site parking. Guests of Island Palms have priority of available parking sites.

*The Common Area under the cabins is available to all Island Palms Guests. BBQ Pits are available for use as well as seating. Please be considerate of other guests.

The fire pit may only be used with approval from management. Due to the location of the pit, we need to ensure that no guests will be disturbed by smoke and that there is no burn ban in effect on the Island or within the Parish.
